A joyful celebration , styled elegantly with plenty of personalised touches to celebrate Dominic & Josh. The wedding will begin with e a ceremony in the domed conservatory. Thereafter , guests will be hosted in a beautiful sail cloth marquee reception that will feature various entertainment and touches to surprise and delight guests. We will also infuse ByChenai's  signature standard of adding personalized details for our couples that will elevate the guest experience.  We will help you create memories that your family and friends will enjoy for your years to come! 

Overview

I believe that the experience of event planning should involve almost as many enjoyable memories as the event itself, and I strive to be flexible, adaptable and creative to exceed your expectations, and make the journey from planning to partying one to remember. You will have 1-2-1 , direct and hands on support from me throughout.

I started my eponymous boutique event business in 2017 to combine my love of hosting, celebrating and working closely with people.

In this short time, I have already  named one of the top wedding planners in the world by Harper’s Bazaar. I am also The Wedding Industry Awards', National Wedding Planner of the Year 2022.

Robyn Delaney 

 Robyn has been on team ByChenai since 2019 and supports me on all weddings.
With eight years of experience within the wedding and event industry, working with various 5* hotels and prestigious venues, Robyn draws on her wealth of knowledge and industry exposure to provide a high end service to our clients, she thrives in high pressure, big scale events. 

Robyn is the senior ByChenai event specialist, she is a calming force, supremely organised and loves a challenge. When she’s not working you’ll find Robyn with her passport in one hand and a good cocktail in the other, ready for her next adventure.

Joao Knowles

Joao is an experienced Weddings and Social Events manager, who takes great pride in  creating memorable, extraordinary experiences for our clients.

From organising weddings on Disney’s private Island in the Bahamas, product launches at the Luxurious London EDITION Hotel, to planning beautiful events and weddings at the Grade II listing Ballroom at the Kimpton Fitzroy Hotel, now at The Mandrake Hotel-  he has helped many couples make their event dreams come true. Joao joined ByChenai as our freelance event production expert in 2019.

Joao loves travelling and he is a lover of languages , originally from Brazil, he can speak Portuguese, French, Spanish and will also have a good go at Italian.

Katherine Howe 

Katherine has been working alongside industry-leading planners on fabulous events and behind the scenes for a number of years as a free lance event coordinator. Katherine first joined Team By Chenai in 2018 as an on-the-day assistant and has stayed  on every wedding  season since. Katherine knows everything there is to know about delivering events the 'ByChenai way', aside from ensuring our couples are well looked after, guest experience is paramount and Katherine is a great hostess.  Always with a smile on her face, she is a real pleasure to have around.

We are on site until way past the last  guest departs  and we oversea the breakdown of the event.

As discussed,  I charge 10% of your overall budget spend , my minimum fee for full planning is £10000 . I am happy to agree a fixed fee for this wedding to £8000 for a spend up to £100000 as you have already sourced your venue and a few of the key suppliers. I am pleased to note that as a member of the UK Association of Wedding planners, I don’t accept commissions from Venues or suppliers, anything you pay will be a true cost with no mark-ups.

This fee will cover the wedding projected planning time, site visits, supplier meetings throughout the planning journey as well as the time and resource of my trusted team.  As the wedding is outside of London we just ask that accommodation  is covered.


If  you would like to  to go ahead with ByChenai Events  . I will send through my Ts &Cs for you to review and  sign. I ask for a £3000 deposit to be paid within 7 days of booking so that I can secure your date and begin working with you. This will act as a non refundable retainer - it is transferable to new date within 12 months should you need to postpone. A second payment of £3000 would be due by November  30th,  and the balance due 4 weeks before your wedding.
